Get back to a full life by chewing confidently and no one will even suspect you have dental implants in your mouth.

Comparison with other methods

Tradiciniai implantai
  • 6-8 or more implants in each jaw, which causes more discomfort and prolongs healing after the implant procedure
  • Significantly higher price than all-on-four without delivering measurably better quality or functionality
  • 2-4 surgical procedures, extending the overall time to full use of the implanted teeth
  • Bone augmentation is often necessary, which can lead to specific complications – infection of the augmented part, bleeding at the site of the augmentation, etc.
  • Long-term treatment: 3-12 months before the start of prosthetics.
  • Only 4 implants in the lower and upper jaw, reducing discomfort, treatment time and the likelihood of unwanted complications
  • 40-60% lower cost, resulting in a significantly better value for money for the patient
  • New teeth can be fixed on the 4 implants threaded during the first procedure after just 6 to 24 hours, which is not possible with traditional techniques
  • No bone augmentation (grafting) is required, as the existing jaw area is maximised by placing implants at an angle
  • Only one surgical procedure (teeth extracted and dental implants threaded in the same visit)
Removable prostheses
  • Discomfort, many patients experience constant anxiety associated with the possibility of their dentures falling out or getting stuck.
  • Inefficient chewing, which not only interferes with the enjoyment of your favourite foods, but can also lead to gastrointestinal dysfunction.
  • Phonetic problems – teeth are very important for good speech, and in the absence of a fixed dental solution, dentures are thicker and take up more space in the mouth, leading to speech disruption.
  • Bone numbness (pressure on the mucous membrane leads to further atrophy of the jawbone), which can lead to even greater dental problems
  • Damage to adjacent, remaining teeth – the teeth supporting removable dentures are inevitably lost over time

ALL-ON-4® prosthetic process

During the consultation, a detailed and highly professional assessment of the condition of the jaw is made on the basis of CT scans and intraoral scans, and the most appropriate treatment is planned for you, combining your expectations with a reasonable price.

Temporary plastic prosthesis

During the patient’s visit, the unsuitable teeth and their roots are removed, the implants are threaded into the jaw, and within 6-24 hours, a temporary plastic prosthesis is made and attached to the 4 implants for the healing period. It is recommended that the temporary denture is replaced by a permanent one 3-9 months after the initial procedure, although in most cases it will last at least a few years if the financial means are not available.

The sutures are removed after 7-10 days, when the patient’s tissues and mucous membranes are sufficiently healed. When the situation is uncomplicated, soluble sutures are used and do not need to be removed

24 hours – that’s all it takes to replace missing teeth with just 4 implants fixed in the jaw. This type of procedure will guarantee you a long-lasting beautiful smile at a very reasonable price. As dental science continues to advance, newer techniques are being developed that combine cost, treatment efficiency and aesthetic results. Thanks to these advances, since 2013 we have been able to offer our patients the ALL-ON-4® (All on Four) technology, which makes the restoration of lost teeth extremely fast and painless.

The teeth restored with this technology are extremely stable, allow you to chew hard foods and cannot be lost during sports or other active activities. And unlike dentures or plates, which do not require periodic removal and do not require eating cold or hot food, the teeth on the four implants allow you to experience the temperature and taste of food as if you were eating with your natural teeth. This technology, which is currently the most advanced in the field, is mainly used for patients who no longer have natural teeth or whose teeth are in such poor condition that treatment is impossible, difficult, very time-consuming, or not cost-effective or efficient.

  • Dentures on 4 implants threaded into the jawbone will make you smile again!
  • Our professional services at a fair price will help you enjoy a good-looking smile again!
  • When chewing, don’t worry that your dentures are moving or that you may experience unpleasant sensations when eating hot or cold food!
  • Your newly acquired dental implants on all fours and fixed teeth will allow you to smile without fear, pain or other discomfort caused by dentures!

ALL-ON-4® prosthesis types

ALL-ON-4® Temporary Prosthesis

A temporary denture, which is placed within 24 hours of the implant, is made of acrylic and braided wire or milled from strong plastic. It is ideal for the period until the implants are stable, but once the mucous membranes have swollen and the gums have seated, it is highly desirable, and in most cases necessary, to replace the temporary denture with a permanent one.

It is advisable to do this 3-9 months after implantation. Modern dentures are made of materials that are durable and long-lasting, ensure normal chewing function and look truly aesthetic.

  • It is placed within 24 hours after the implant placement, so you can show off your beautiful and attractive smile the next day and enjoy the food you like.
  • The colour, size and shape of the teeth look natural, which is important for a natural and attractive aesthetic appearance.

  • The denture is intended for temporary use. It is made with a shorter lifespan in mind, so it may chip or break over time.
  • Non-ideal bite and design, which may require additional adjustments.
  • Porosity and discolouration of the denture may occur. If many teeth are extracted, gaps between the mucosa and the denture may occur as the gums settle.
  • The mechanical warranty on dentures is only for 6 months (although most such dentures last for 3 years or more), but this should be enough to last until a permanent denture is fitted.

Denture with metal framework and acrylic teeth

The denture is sufficiently durable and strong, with an internal metal framework that is not visible and does not affect the aesthetic appearance, and the teeth are acrylic, tailored to the patient’s aesthetic needs.

Compared to a temporary denture, this is a significant improvement and is manufactured in stages in the laboratory, allowing you to choose virtually any colour, shape and size of your teeth.

  • Aesthetic – for a natural-looking and attractive smile.
  • Easily repairable – even if you lose your false tooth completely, your dentist can place a new tooth on top of the existing framework.

  • On average, after 5-8 years, depending on the patient’s habits and anatomical situation, the acrylic teeth will need to be replaced or renewed as they wear down.
  • About 5% of patients are likely to fracture their acrylic teeth within 5 years, and about 80% of these patients are men. Fractures are relatively easy to repair, but the denture must be removed and sent to a dental laboratory for repair. Of course, this can be an inconvenience if you live in another city or abroad.

  • Compared to the alternatives, it is significantly more likely to collect plaque, which can cause discolouration or loss of surface gloss, especially when smoked.
  • 1 year warranty on the acrylic part.
  • At least 15mm of mouth space is needed, which is not always possible or ethical to achieve. With less space, the likelihood of denture fracture increases significantly.

Denture with metal frame and ceramic finish

The denture is made by coating the metal framework with a ceramic layer that matches the colour of the natural teeth. These dentures have a good aesthetic appearance, do not wear out at all and are cheaper than zirconia ceramic dentures, but they are not light-transmissive and therefore do not always look natural enough. Fractures in the ceramic finish are also common, and are significantly more difficult to repair than acrylic dentures.

This prosthesis is made when there is a vertical gap of less than 12mm. The metal ceramic denture is made in a laboratory where the shapes, colours and sizes of the natural teeth are reproduced with precision, but the aesthetic and physical properties of this type of denture are inferior to those of zirconium ceramic.

  • Durable dentures – resistant to wear and tear during normal chewing.
  • The denture comes with a 2-year clinic warranty and a 1-year extension with the Oral Hygiene Programme.
  • Dentures are ceramic-coated so they don’t collect plaque like acrylic teeth.
  • Wear-free – a stronger surface coating ensures resistance to minor damage caused by chewing or brushing.
  • Cheaper than zirconia ceramic dentures, which is important for those looking for the best value for money.
  • It looks natural – giving you a smile that’s reminiscent of the way you used to look and looks attractive.
  • Less space is needed, and it can be made very thin.

  • No light transmission, the prosthesis is not transparent and therefore less aesthetic.
  • Fractures in the finish are quite common, due to the nature of the ceramic material.
  • Complicated amendments may mean you have to wait until the removed prosthesis is repaired.
  • Abrasive, which leads to faster erosion of the teeth in the opposite jaw.

Denture with zirconia framework and ceramic finish

Zirconia ceramic dentures are very aesthetic and robust and are made of zirconium oxide, which is prepared by computerised milling, so that the framework is a homogeneous block.
Aesthetics is one of the most important criteria when it comes to dentures, so when you choose a zirconia ceramic bridge, you can rest assured that your artificial teeth will look truly natural.

Compared to metal ceramics, zirconia dentures are white in colour and have a light transmitting property. If the dentures are fixed on implants, the dentures come into contact with the gums, so it is important that the denture material does not cause allergies. Zirconia ceramics are accepted by the body as a natural material, so they do not cause any discomfort and there is no specific taste in the mouth. Zirconia ceramic dentures are ideal for patients who want an aesthetically pleasing, long-lasting appearance and a sturdy construction.

  • The best combination of beauty and strength is when the framework and the teeth are made of the same, seamless material.
  • Most patients say that this type of denture feels most like their own teeth.
  • The denture comes with a 2-year clinic warranty and a 1-year extension with the Oral Hygiene Programme.
  • The denture is ceramic-coated, glossy and aesthetic.
  • Light transmitting, which makes false teeth look considerably more natural.
  • Bioinert, does not cause allergies or unpleasant sensations in the mouth.
  • Least plaque build-up, no discolouration even over long periods of time.

  • It is more expensive than metal-ceramic dentures, which can be unattractive for patients for whom price is the most important criterion.

D.U.K. – Frequently Asked Questions

If only one tooth is missing, there are various options for restoring the tooth, which sometimes involve grinding the teeth next to it. Meanwhile, dental implants can be placed even if there are no teeth in the mouth at all. In such cases, there are only two options – removable dentures or dental implants – and the latter option has far more advantages. The implant will have to last you at least 10-20 years, so the choice must be a responsible one. Our dentist will always suggest the most suitable implant for you, taking into account the bone structure of your jawbone, the type of prosthesis you are planning to have, and will ensure that the price is in line with the quality achieved.

The prosthesis constructed on 4 implants not only gives the patient a feeling of stability and strength compared to the previously problematic situation, but most importantly, it ensures quality chewing function. As the dental implants are threaded into the jawbone, the physical pressure generated by chewing is transferred to the bone structure – chewing follows the normal physiological course, ensuring quality jaw functionality. The dentures are mounted on 4 special implants and provide physical and psychological comfort – the patient can eat as if he/she had his/her own teeth and the denture itself looks aesthetic and natural. It also does not fall out on its own, as was sometimes the case with previous removable dental constructions, because the dentures are fixed to the implants by screwing.

The dentures on all 4 dental implants do not cover the palate and therefore do not cause a nausea or vomiting reflex. Traditional removable dentures – the plates, if they are not held in place by the implants, rest on the mucosa. The chewing stress is then placed on the gums rather than on the jaw, which not only leads to bone atrophy but also prevents the patient from chewing food properly, resulting in the introduction of foods that are no longer available and that may have been popular before.

The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia, ensuring maximum comfort for the patient. There may be some discomfort as the tissues heal in the post-operative period, but your doctor will prescribe painkillers to help eliminate pain during this phase.

The initial implant procedure takes about 2 hours. After 6-24 hours, temporary dentures are placed on top of the 4 implants threaded into the jaw. After 3-9 months, when the implants have healed and the patient has adapted to the temporary denture, a permanent denture is made.

During the first procedure, the doctor will thread the implants and place temporary, but comfortable and strong dentures on 4 of them, which will allow you to chew food successfully and show off your beautiful smile. At the end of the healing period, permanent teeth will be placed on the same 4 implants. Due to the simplicity of the treatment, all implant placement and complex procedures are carried out during the first visit.

Dental implants are a very popular procedure, but like many other procedures, they are not available to everyone. Dental implants are performed on people of all ages, so it can be performed on a 60-year-old or a 95-year-old. On the other hand, a fully formed jawbone is essential for dental implant placement, so other methods of restoring the teeth are suggested for those aged under 16 or 17 years. Dental implants are basically a minor operation, but in some cases they cannot be performed. Dental implants are also not threaded during pregnancy, when the patient has no dental cleanings, when the patient has oncological diseases and is undergoing chemotherapy or irradiation, or when he or she is taking a certain group of bisphosphonate drugs for osteoporosis, which of course can be implanted in most cases once the condition has passed. Immune system disorders, allergies to the materials used in the implantation process and poorly controlled diabetes mellitus may also be contraindications. Acute infectious and systemic diseases are also incompatible with implant placement, but can be treated with implant-supported dentures.
