Modern advances in dentistry make it possible to move beyond tooth loss and offer a great solution – dentures. Each case of partial or total tooth loss is different, each patient is individual, and there are many different types of dentures available.
Fixed dentures come in several types: implant-supported crowns, dental bridges, crowns placed on a partially damaged tooth, and micro-prostheses (inlays, overlays, dental veneers).
Wreaths
Individual dental crowns are made of plastic, metal or zirconia ceramic. They can cover a partially damaged tooth when part of the tooth is knocked off or lost through trauma. If a tooth is lost, an implant replaces the root.
Crowns are used when a tooth is partially erupted, to restore it after trauma, and for endodontic treatment. They are durable, show little wear and protect the tooth from damage.
Dental crowns are made in the laboratory according to the colour, shape and size of adjacent teeth.

Bridges
Bridges. As technology advances, bridges are rarely fixed on teeth, as it is nowadays unpopular and incorrect to grind nearby healthy teeth to place a bridge. However, if it is a reworking of bridges that have been done in the past, then prosthetics can be carried out using bridges. The materials used to make dental bridges are the same as those used to make crowns. The difference is that a dental bridge helps to restore areas where one or more teeth are no longer present in a row. This type of prosthetic restoration not only restores the aesthetic appearance, but also the former number of teeth and restores their functionality.

Microprostheses
These micro-prostheses are simply cemented into the tooth, an alternative to fillings. They do not change shape or colour, wear much less, and avoid micro-cracks. This protects the tooth from decay and secondary caries.
Crowns are used when a tooth is partially erupted, to restore it after trauma, and for endodontic treatment. They are durable, show little wear and protect the tooth from damage.
0.5-0.7 mm plates, which cover only the front surface of the tooth. They are light-transmitting, multi-layered and look like your natural teeth. If you want to correct the colour, size or shape of a tooth, restore worn or chipped teeth, correct slightly misaligned teeth or close gaps between teeth, dental veneers will improve the aesthetic appearance of the tooth and give you more confidence.
FIND OUT MOREPermanent dentures are made of materials that are durable, strong and ensure normal chewing function, and look aesthetic and natural. Patients can choose the materials that best suit them with the help of their dentist.
Plastic is used for temporary crowns or bridges and wears out quickly, so it is recommended to replace it after 4-6 months. Composite materials are used for inlays, veneers and overlays. Metallic and metal-free ceramics are the materials of choice for dental restorations. It is therefore worth comparing the properties of metallic and non-metallic ceramic products.

Chrome-Cobalt
The properties of this metal ceramic often do not meet the aesthetic requirements, which is why dentists suggest that this type of prosthesis should only be used for invisible teeth, such as molars. But for patients who want to avoid any possibility of discomfort, zirconia ceramic crowns and bridges are recommended as a superior and more innovative option.
By choosing zirconia ceramics, you will avoid any discomfort that comes with metal dentures. In addition, you will enjoy perfect aesthetic function, which is very important for communicating with others and for developing self-confidence. The result of zirconia ceramics is the feeling of having your own teeth in your mouth again, but much more beautiful and stronger.

DENTAL PLATES ARE CHOSEN BY PATIENTS WHO WANT TO AVOID THE NEED FOR HEAVY PROSTHETIC PROCEDURES BUT WANT TO BE ABLE TO SMILE AND CHEW WITHOUT SPENDING A LOT OF MONEY
Dental plates are a relatively short-lived and simple method of tooth replacement. Don’t succumb to painful dental problems and seek professional help as soon as possible. The doctors at our clinic pay great attention to each individual case and analyze it consistently. So you can feel calm and confident: when you come to us, you will always be offered the most optimal, ideal option for you. Our professional, state-of-the-art and results-oriented team of dentists is always ready to give you back your perfect-looking, strong and functional smile.
These are removable or semi-fixed structures that can be attached to crowns or to the remaining natural teeth, if possible. Removable dentures are fabricated when it is no longer possible to prosthesise with non-removable dentures, either on the patient’s own teeth or with implants.
Arch-supported dentures – also removable dentures that have a metal base. They are mounted by attaching the structure to the teeth in the mouth with metal clips. The brackets have the disadvantage that they can be visible when you smile and can loosen over time. This latter problem is solved by the use of metal clasps that hold the teeth much more firmly.
To meet your individual needs, our dentists can also offer you another option to restore your smile and dental function – dental plates. Dental plates can be partial, where only the missing teeth are formed, or full, where none of your own teeth remain.
